ROSEMARY LAVENDER FUSED OLIVE OIL
A frequent combination in French Cuisine, we've fused our Rosemary Infused Olive Oil with Lavender Infused Olive Oil for a versatile and delicious combination. Lavender brings a sweet floral flavor with lemon & citrus notes in combination with the lemon-pine flavor of rosemary.
Use with fresh fish, egg dishes, on summer salads, and in sauces. Great with pot roast and on roasted whole chickens. We love to use this one in biscotti, but it's equally as impressive in breads and cookies. Let your imagination be your guide! Pairs well with our citrus balsamics, such as Lemon White, Mandarin Orange, and Grapefruit White.
