FLAVOR PROFILE
An Asian twist on our white balsamic. This one has the sweetness of balsamic and the spiciness of fresh ginger.

SUGGESTIONS
Try a pan seared salmon fillet, cooked fast and hot, the sugars in the balsamic will caramelize and form a crisp outer shell for a perfect medium-rare salmon. Great addition to Asian inspired salads and slaws! Donʼt forget to use this one in your cocktail hour drink...Moscow Mule, Mojitos, etc., or really any time you want to Thai one on. Pairs well with our Toasted Sesame Oil or our Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange, Fresh Garlic, and Persian Lime olive oils.
