If an item you order is sold out, you will be contacted to choose one of 3 resolutions. 1) Have item shipped when back in stock (does not apply to final clearance or seasonal items) 2) Replace item with product of equal value 3) Be issued a partial refund for the order equal to the cost of the unavailable item.

A refund/exchange of the purchase price, excluding the shipping fee will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the condition in which it was shipped. If your purchase is damaged in shipment, The Wild Olive will file the claim.
All orders will ship within 48 hours Monday thru Friday 10am-3pm except during January & February when the shipment window for orders placed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will begin Thursday at 10am.
United Parcel Service (UPS) will be used for all shipments.
Shipping charges are estimated based on the weight (rounded up to the nearest pound) and destination of your order. You will be shown the shipping charge prior to the final checkout page. Shipping charges are not refundable. We can ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping information available upon request Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.
