Shipping & Returns
All orders will ship within 48 hours Monday thru Friday 10am-3pm except during January & February when the shipment window for orders placed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will begin Thursday at 10am.
In Store Pickup
If you do not plan to pick up your products within 48 hours of placing the order, please call ahead to set a pickup time with our staff. Order pickup not made nor arranged within 48 hours of placement will be restocked. As a result, some products may not be in stock at time of pickup. Out of stock items will be subject to replacement or refund.
United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) will be used for all shipments.
Shipping charges are estimated based on the weight (rounded up to the nearest pound) and destination of your order. You will be shown the shipping charge prior to the final checkout page. Shipping charges are not refundable. We can ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping information available upon request Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.
How to Return an Order
If you are dissatisfied with your order you can return your purchase for full refund on non-food items. Food items can be exchanged in store if the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the date it shipped.
- The item is returned in its original, intact packaging.
- The item is returned in full and undamaged condition.

The Wild Olive™ Store from which it was purchased.
A refund/exchange of the purchase price, excluding the shipping fee will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the condition in which it was shipped. If your purchase is damaged in shipment, The Wild Olive will file the claim.
