BLACKBERRY ROASTED PEPPER FRUIT VINEGAR

SUGGESTIONS
A delicious addition to homemade vinaigrettes, this vinegar also makes exceptional pickled red onions for tacos and other Mexican-inspired dishes. Sear pork chops or chicken in our Butter EVOO, then add chicken broth and a splash of Blackberry Roasted Pepper Fruit Vinegar. Remove the meat, stir in a little heavy cream, and simmer until the sauce is silky and rich. Itʼs also wonderful reduced with equal parts Merlot and served over warm Brie, or stirred into plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey for a unique fruit dip.
