HOJIBLANCA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
One of Spain's main varieties of olives is the Hojiblanca, a hardy olive that ripens late in the harvest season. It's popular as a table olive and also makes a tasty olive oil rich with oleic acid. It has a lively and fresh aroma and tastes slightly sweet to start with a long peppery almond finish.
This olive oil is great for any culinary use. The flavor works well with citrus and fresh melons. Amazing drizzled over puréed soups and gazpacho. Excellent served over white fish and poultry. For an appetizer that everyone will remember, pair fresh mozzarella with Italian-style deli meats by hand-rolling them together, then garnish with Hojiblanca EVOO.
