Truly a match made in heaven...the fresh and bright taste of dill blends beautifully with the crisp tangy flavor of lemon. With subtle notes of basil & mustard, the zesty herbaceous flavor is delightful. Use to season potato or cucumber salad, baked or grilled fish, and add a splash of fresh lemon juice.
USES
For a veggie dip, mix 3-4 TBS with 1 1/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup mayo. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, if desired. For sandwich spread, mix 1-2 TBS with 1 cup mayo. For creamy salad dressing, mix 2-3 TBS with 1/2 cup buttermilk & 1/2 cup mayo. For best flavor, make ahead & refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
