PERSIAN LIME EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
This oil has the flavor of Persian Limes, also know as Tahitian Limes, which are less acidic than key limes and don’t have the bitterness that lends to the key lime’s unique flavor.
Great with fish and seafood or as a compliment to Mexican or Thai dishes. Pair it with one of our white balsamic with fruit vinegars for a light vinaigrette (especially tasty with dark, bitter greens.) Or try it with our Garlic Cilantro Balsamic for a fabulous drizzle over chicken and salads.
