SWEET HEAT HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR

FLAVOR PROFILE
Reminiscent of Malt Vinegar in tang and texture, this vinegar is sweet and tart, with the compliment of mild Serrano heat! Our only domestic balsamic, it’s made in California from 100% honey. The result is a flavor that presents first with the sweet, followed by the tangy, leaving the palate with a soothing heat.

SUGGESTIONS
You can use this vinegar almost anywhere you want a little kick! Add a delicious and distinct, yet mellow flavor to salads, sauces, seafood, poultry, and vegetable dishes. Especially delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta, and rice salads. Pairs well with our Blood Orange and Persian Lime Infused Olive Oils.
