FLAVOR PROFILE
Our Toasted Sesame Oil perfectly complimented with the addition of lemongrass and ginger. The same intensely toasty fragrant aroma and slightly sweet, nutty taste with the mild citrusy flavor of lemongrass and a hint of the spicy and sweet taste of ginger.

SUGGESTIONS
Combine with fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and a dash of sugar for a savory Asian salad dressing. Perfect over a salad with cucumbers, cilantro, toasted peanuts or cashews, red peppers and onions. Drizzle over rice, noodles, and stir fries or top a grilled chicken breast or pan seared salmon. Pairs fantastically with our Ginger White Balsamic.
